Major Policies

Why major policies are determined: It is to explain the ways or the methods followed by the company’s management about the issues related to its activity area and methods and strategies that are aimed to be implemented to achieve the vision.
Major policies are reviewed by the top management every year and revised if required.
Our major policies are our Quality policy also.


Quality management: It is to manage our customers’ service procurements related to certification efficiently according to the requirements of TS EN ISO/IEC 17021 Standards, IAF, EA and TÜRKAK guiding documents in complying with the national and/or international standards as well as the applicable laws and regulations. We agree and warrant that we keep improving and developing our service quality standard.

Customer relations’ management: It is to manage all stages of our service provision activities in fields of system certification through an efficient communication network by placing the customer in the center to raise customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Management of the systems: It is to establish and manage the management systems enabling to achieve successful results in the targeted corporate indices through systematic practices based on a preventive approach intended for satisfying demands of the company’s partners and customers in a complete, fast and financially feasible way. Furthermore, it is to manage resources, processes and strategies consistently to achieve high performance through the organizations that are directed by an efficient leadership concept.

Supply management: It is to establish mutually useful relations with our all goods and service providers in the scope of accreditation of our company and in all purchases of our company based on confidence, information exchange and integration, to improve our skills about value creation and to take the advantage of stable relations in competition to create synergy with respect to the issues of resources and costs.
